Persona 1 is a disappointing experience that fails to live up to its potential. The story is very simple and predictable , while the gameplay mechanics are lackluster and fail to provide a satisfying experience having the player walk 2 steps and enemy jumps on you.Overall, Persona 1 feels like a missed opportunity rather than a memorable gaming experience but the soundtrack of this game is banger after banger if there is a solid good point of this game is the soundtrack(of the psp version not the original one) and of course it was the start of a good franchise.

strange jouney would be a solid game 7 but its gameplay makes me have to give a lower rating the game's story is nothing special it is incredibly dated the classic humans are bad bla bla the game only has practically 3 relevant characters all with a very direct personality that stays the same from beginning to end only getting more extreme the gamplay is standard for past and future SMTs the encounter rate is very high but nothing that destroys the game but the reason for the low rating is only 1 the game is a maze every map is an endless maze with warps that put you in random places on the map or holes that make you lose hours of progress on the map. I can say for sure that 80% of the time in this game you don't spend grinding or with bosses you spend walking through the gigantic map of this game without any direction looking for an item that is in some random place on this map if you like mazes this game is for you but if you like spending more time actually playing the game instead of wandering aimlessly around the map I would pass this game

I was hyped for this game and I have no doubt that the story probably improve but I was already in the middle of the game and having to keep walking to deliver things was really annoying, the meme about being a postman is definitely real, but if you like games very slow exploration I would recommend this but it's definitely not my style of game

A terrible game, terrible gameplay with an even worse story, even if you ignore the gameplay, the game is still bad, even if they tried to make a more cliched story, I believe it would be impossible, I can remember several times during the game that I managed to guess even the lines of all the characters. the characters are incredibly boring with the common troupe of anime characters without adding anything new being incredibly predictable the combat system is on the same level I don't know how I managed to finish this game and one of the biggest mysteries in the industry how this game was the prequel to peak games like xenoblade 2 and 3

Parry the game (with cool samurai story)

I know what I'm going to say now seems completely wrong but the game is really fun, I played it a lot at the time it was released, it's definitely one of the best anime games I've ever played

How do guys combine two of my favorite franchises and make such a bad game? The game itself is a normal, very easy SMT. The biggest problem is the story, which isn't the best. Pizza and hot dogs are very tasty, but if you throwing one on top of the other doesn't work well

I almost dropped it at times, the story, which is usually the main point of the games, was missing, the puzzles were simple and easy, it's not a bad game but it also doesn't make you want to play

If you can get past the gacha part of the game, you'll find a great story behind it. The gameplay is repetitive and not the most enjoyable, but it's okay. Even if you're not interested in the game, I would recommend searching for the story and pretending that it's a VN ((How much more money should I spend to get my waifu, damnit???))

Yakuza 8, for me, is a game that had several errors in its main story. In general, it is still a wonderful game, but there were several parts of the game that were confusing, such as the palekana boss who was supposed to be over 90 years old, this was explained at some point Or is he just muscular at 90? What I'm going to say now is my personal opinion, however, in this game there were many horrible villains, such as the boss of the barrucada, who had everything to be a badass guy, then he goes and the guy pisses himself out of fear, then runs away on a boat and is eaten by a shark. palekana's boss for me is a villain with no motivation and charisma who hides behind the others and tries to kill himself in the end is even more striking when you compare with the other last boss who in comparison is the complete opposite in every way he remains at the top of the tower alone to fight everyone who can get to him because he wants revenge against the yakuza. like the head of the palekana was just a villain, he had no backstory or anything like that, he was just an asshole and nothing more. And Chitose having betrayed Ichiban about 3 times is hard to swallow, and the personalities of the new characters like Eric, who was a coward at times and out of nowhere, as if they pressed a button and he became a badass guy.
That being said, the bad parts of the game are entirely on Ichiban's side of the story, Kiryu's side was amazing, a great ending to the story, very exciting and the memories you get in the game are very cool, including the events of Date meeting old characters again, it was very cool and the ending made me cry.Compared to yakuza 6 and yakuza 7 which were peak games this one took the level down a bit but it's still an incredible game that is definitely worth playing

Ngl i started thinking that would be a random mid game but boy was i wrong without a doubt i think that this is one of the best indie games that i have played in a while.Since the moment that i started the game i was hooked till the end.Its a one day game very short but very good hard to explain why is good without spoilers but give it a try!

peak DMC game right here gameplay and story incredible and the music on this one is absurd

Really enjoyed it when i played the osts slaps till this day.All the routes are really fun and different it became so famous for a reason.

A one-day game with an incredible concept that was very well executed, with a really cool story to go along with it. A goated game for sure.

The game was full of bugs, and even when I tried to brute force my way through the game cuz they said that the story was peak, the story was not peak. The characters were really mid, and while the idea of the world was cool, the execution was bad. Giving it half a star is probably a little too harsh, but I was hyped for this game, and it was bad.
