Exactly what you want out of a puzzle game, simple and addictive.

Just a fairly mediocre racing game. It looks nice, but that's because the cars are pretty much all palette swaps of the same nice model. Its overly easy and bit floaty too. The use of the rumble feature is nice and some courses are cool to drive, but there really are not a lot of courses. The championship mode is also extremely padded with long laps. Jus not a worthwhile experience from an era of excellent racing titles.

A solid looking PS3 launch title, even though the sepia tone look is a bit off putting. Story is a little boring, but the world building is nice. The thing that elevates this is the gameplay. Excellent mid 2000's shooter before COD4/Halo 3would completely change the game. Shooting feels great and the level design is nice. I was surprised how much fun I was having here. It has aged obviously but I found it to still be a worthwhile experience for anyone who just likes killing a bunch of aliens.

Surprisingly fleshed out and evolving story, with a great look to it too. Its final notes are quite dark which I can appreciate. Its point and click sections are fairly easy and the environments are nice to explore. the only thing holding it back really is that there is unnecessary combat that is poorly implemented. Luckily its not overdone to the point of ruining the game.

The best looking Kirby so far in the franchise and plays extremely well. Lots to do and its super short and sweet. Solid Kirby title, a definite must play. I wouldn't say its my favorite, I think I like adventure more due to liking the feel of a whole experience, but its a great entry none the less.

A simple gambling game elevated slightly by Adam West.

An excellent stealth game which also feels like a puzzle game as you sort of sleuth out solutions out of its levels. The levels are moody and maze like, with some being great and others being a little too straight forward. Yet still maintains a nice and consistent feel and the gameplay is rock solid.

Kirby gets another spin off and this one is just Anakroid. I liked how the powers work into everything and the first sections have a great sense of fun, but in its second half it becomes tedious guiding the ball around these courses. Runs out of steam very fast, but still is fun enough for a quick play.

Surprisingly fun space shooter. Has some hiccups such as poorly mixed sound design and some barren landscapes, but I do think the space flight was so simplified that it became a great arcade shooter experience. It's only a 5 hour experience and each level breezes by all the while you do simple objectives. I found it quite addicting to take enemies down and the dialogue is well done. I can also appreciate some depth added to Star Wars side characters even if the plot is like pretty basic. It's a solid good time, which is all I want out of my Star Wars space shooter.

Kirby's second portable platformer is excellent. It's now one of my favorite Game Boy titles, Kirby has copy abilities now but he also has cut animal friends. With Coo being insanely good, but the others are cute as well. This one has great charm with its graphics and music. Feels great to play and has a good bit of challenge. Everything I would want from a small scale Kirby.

Another Kirby side game before we get to his first SNES platformer. This is literally Puyo Puyo with Kirby aesthetics. Nothing is really added that's special other than nice music. This also features goofy voice overs to the game that are an odd choice. I like Puyo Puyo but if I'm, going to play a basic version of the game I would go for Mean Bean Machine since that's what I played when I was younger. Its fun but doesn't really bring anything new to Puyo Puyo.

Last 2 courses are NUTS. Course knowledge gets really important and solving it is a bit obtuse. Most of this game is a fun minigolf type game though. Music is nice and its cute Kirby graphics are pretty too.

Finished the story tonight. Ending is a tad lame but overall it's a very fun experience.

Kirby has his first spin off game with only having two games out in the span of two years. Kind of nuts, but unfortunately its not a great outing. Relentless pinball game mixed with annoying screen transitions makes for a not too fun experience. When you get going it feels good, but dropping one level after so much work is killer. With not all that much to look at its not as engaging to keep trying. It at least plays well and it looks cute for a Game Boy game, but its not a must play Kirby game.

Kirby's first adventure with copy abilities is so much fun! First off the graphics are stellar on the NES. Obviously this deep into the NES lifespan they knew how to get the most out of the console. Bright colors and cheery songs makes for one of the best sounding and looking games on the console. Plays incredibly well and controls how you would expect a Kirby game to play, framerate is major issue on this one though. Consistently dropping in major areas, but on the NES I find it a little more forgivable. Still is a great game for Kirby really setting up the Kirby that we expect later down the line. Only taking around 4 hours to beat I think it's one you have to try and stands the test of time.
