This game is a really good starting point to enter the genre of survival-horror games. For more experienced players i can be a bit to easy. At least i never really had problemes with having enough ressources. Also in most situations enemies are easy to outrun and to just avoid. But it has some really neat and creative puzzles. Also the PS1 inspired low poly graphics are really great.

Really neat concept for a 3D-Platformer. It's a brave move, leaving out a jump button. So the level design has to to be very presice, so the two buttons of moving forward and doing a dash can make up to it. But the movement works really well with even little mechanics like canceling the dash which results in kind of a backwords bump that can be used for platforming. Also the presentation is pretty good. The game has gorgeous N64-like visuals and a soundtrack that really pushes you forward. Later levels tend to be a bite to wide. I preffered the more compact and focused areas a bit more.

Cute little and short platformer with a lot of atmosphere. Also its free to get and for that i feel like its worth the experience.

A good finale for the original trilogy.
Smoothened up the combat a bit up again and cranked up the audio-visual prentation by a huge amount, especially for the bosses. The bosses also felt like the main focus of the game. So for me it felt like some segments between bosses fell a bit short and it seemed more like jumping from setpiece to setpiece. Still a very good experience.

But 1 or 2 dives less down or up the mountain also would have done it.

I liked this game way more then the first one. Smoothened up the gameplay by little movement tweeks like adding a perfekt block/parry move and it feels like combat flows better in generel. Also for me it never felt like the game had any lenghts or tedious segments.

Nowadays it's kinda weird to play a kirby game without the ability copy mechanic. But so it forces the game to actually depent even more on good level-design, encounter design and pure platforming. And for a starter of the series it still holds up pretty well and presents a roughly 30 minutes long journey of happy and pure jump 'n' run enjoyment. It even has some replay-value cuz of the extra mode.

This game send me on some kind of a emotional rollercoaster.

There is so much about it, i want to like. The presentation which is really refreshing for a souls-like, the charming humor and many easter-eggs/references and how it even manages to tackle some social and individual problems. The main gimmick about swapping trough different shells with different abilities is neat but kinda falls flat in the long run.
But in contrast to all this good things there were many technical issues i encounteres like weird hit collision, lock-on not working or getting blasted out of or clipping trough boss arenas. And at least in my version (Xbox Series X) i encountered sudden loading zones which made the game freeze for a couple of secs. With a bit more polishing it can be a got starter into the souls-like genre with many difficulty adjustment options.

Became Kratos myself because of some lategame sequenzes.

But otherwise it's still a very competent and focused action-brawler with decent combo-game wich doesnt waste time before it lets you into the action. A good, ramping soundtrack adds to the atmosphere and the plot is a neat start for the bigger picture that is coming in the next 2 titles.

It's fascinating how they managed to translate the original game into a VR version and how much thought the put into it. As an example now u can relote while moving in contrast to the original design choise. But to rebalance this enemies are way more agressive then in the original game even in normal difficulty. Still not as perfectly designed to detail like the original but still arguably on of the best VR Games there are and another unique way to experience this game even if u already know the original pretty well.

A Grasshopper Game wich wasnt made by grasshopper.
Neat concept with pretty unique presentation. Im not a person who is heavenly into beating highscores in games like this but allows a bunch of min maxing for peoble who do.

Got traumatized for missing attacks.

Otherwhise, it's a good game.

Street Fighter 2 on WISH with MHA AllMight on TEMU on it's Cover.
