It has a great engaging story, but man this is not my type of game.

For some reason, I immensely enjoyed this game more than the original.

I LOVE the after-game content you can do.
Rainbow rocket is a peak pokemon moment.

Still a very flawed game, BUT the new additions make it a lot more bearable.

One thing I like about gen 6 and beyond is, there are always pokemon from the dex I LOVE, and gen 7 was no exception.
So many cute pokemon here. but
I really do not like the experience of this game.
I love USUM way more although this one probably has the better story.

ill check this one out if theres a way to play it at 60fps at somepoint

Animal Crossing helped a lot of us through a tough time when it came out.

I have really nice memories of recreating dresses of my favorite characters and hanging out with homies.

I am in the boat that this game was disappointing and it's not really what happens in the story in the end although I do think it could have been grander.

I wish the gameplay of the game was a push forward instead of a step back in really important areas and I wish the worlds weren't as tedious.

I thought soras kit was pretty fun and I'm glad the battle system is different but nowhere near as perfect as 2 was.

This games world, characters and story is a cut above most others.

Especially Xenoblade 1 AND 3😈

I really like this game, it’s short n sweet.

Amazing combat here, the side quest wall is why it’s a 4/5 for me.
Torna adds a lot of context to Xenoblade 2
still play Xenoblade 2 first

I'm glad I finished this game when I was younger.
Just played through it again for a bit and was surprised with how not good it was.

The game is minimal and cool to me still and the concepts of the bio metal are so sick.

I recently replayed this game on pc and it felt really empty and incredibly easy

I recently went thru gen 6 then gen 3.
To my surprise, I enjoyed gen 6 Hoenn way more.

For me, gen 4 is nostalgic so having the additions of the gen 4 mons made the Pokedex in this game way better, however.

there's a lot of BS that can make the game way easier than the GBA games that you have to ignore, like Megas and the free legendaries.

The post-game is also pretty worse but truthfully I never really get into the competitive battling parts of these games, the adventure was always my favorite part of these games and I think ORAS does it bigger AND better.

I think D&P are kind of over-hated.

If you like playing these games with actual consoles and not emulation, it can be really expensive and difficult to get your hands on a real copy of platinum. Going to local stores that sell old games I always see D&P going for an actual decent price.

If you just want to replay Sinnoh really bad but the slowness and worse dex don't bother you too much or at all, Then this version isn't the worst thing in the world. I recently couldn't get my hands on my copy of platinum and borrowed a Pearl off my IRL homie and I kinda unironically enjoyed it more than Pokemon emerald which I had played right before revisiting pearl.

I beat this game at the end of 2019 and I loved it.
This game has such a simplistic story/narrative and nicely crafted region with great characters that just made this one Pokémon adventure I'll never forget.

I also appreciate how the game pushed me to use Pokémon that I haven’t used before. I also love how epic the journey is. The gym leaders are hard and have pushed me the most compared to the other games.

These things elevated the experience of pokemon for me and felt like such a fresh breath of air.

Never play seriously or online because ... well there isn't an online. But I love watching this game and doing the training mode and arcade can be so much fun. Easly one of my favorite fighters for how much different broken jank characters there is to counter other broken jank characters, I desperately need a PC port with rollback.

Would be top 3 of all time, if the gameplay were updated and there was more to do after school.

Best story and cast in a Persona easily.
