A horrible remake that butchers the story of the first game and adds an incessant amount of unnecessary content. The combat is as bare bones as you can get and revolves around just pressing two buttons with no thought whatsoever. without a doubt one of the worst games I've played

200th game! Finally finished this after almost 2 years of starting it and i love this so much, story and characters connect with me to an incredible degree and i absolutely adore those. the combat isn't too great but it's not enough to drag it down by an incredible amount. Sephiroth is probably my second favorite game antag as well. thank you final fantasy 7
