Fuck Activision Blizzard. This game is still fun from time to time but I will never support them with my money ever again. Greed and degeneracy will only get you so far 🖕

The best video game ever made. I doubt anything will ever top this masterpiece for me. It’s genuinely baffling how this game nails everything between its gameplay loop, combat, story, and aesthetic.

Mortal Kombat 1 fixed 11s two biggest issues: its slow gameplay and terrible story. The story while not amazing is very entertaining and leagues better written than anything Netherrealm has done before. The gameplay is super fun with the kameo system and roster is very well balanced between Classic Characters and reimaginings of cult fan favorites. However in turn it sacrifices content, meaning if you are not a fan of online or playing against computers there isn’t much to do.
