Some of my best nights with friends were playing this game. Those days are long gone but I'll remember them fondly.

Love-hate relationship with this game. Never play solo.

Loved the camp but the game has aged so poorly. After seeing a playthrough it looks as though there's a lot of frustration and tedium to come so I'm not really planning on going back.

Slightly less charm than Yakuza 0 but it's a great remaster (speaking as someone who hasn't played the original).

Didn't like it as much as I was expecting. Maybe because all of my friends have already mastered it so any attempt to get a better time than them is an exercise in futility.

Fun enough for a few rounds with friends.

Played the first 2-3 hours. Gameplay and worldbuilding were neat but didn't care for the storytelling method (i.e. horrendously long data logs).

Played for a couple days when lockdown started, was never my jam. To this day it's been the only game my Mom plays since it came out though.

Solid homage to old Super Mario RPG style of game. Got a bit repetitive over time but I loved Garl so much that I didn't mind.

Played the remastered version. I like that it didn't overstay its welcome. Good gameplay overall and top tier acting.

Really want to play this with a romantic partner eventually. Played through a few acts with Red but never got to the ending.

Played on a really crummy computer that hindered the immersion of the experience and some of the 2nd act segments (looking at you, speedboat) really drag on. Still a solid game nonetheless.

Kojima isn't really my bag. Played this game at the peak of my open world fatigue too so I don't think I'll ever try to play this again.

Excellent bait-and-switch. Though I'd be lying if I said I didn't want the roguelite elements to be more fleshed out.

Combat fun but gets really tedious in the late stages. Morality of the game falls apart in the last third too.
