I oddly enjoyed this more than the highly acclaimed "Control". Yeah, the gunplay ain't the most mindblowing - and it went on a bit too long - but the story, acting, and cheesy TV episode interludes made it oddly compelling, in that I was anxious to see where it went next. A kinda spritual successor to Fringe, by way of Max Payne.

A weaker Max Payne game is still a fun enough outing. Not the most inventive or captivating thing I've played, especially from these devs, but the tight shooting remained fun enough to see it through.

This might be the best Uncharted game for me. What it lacks in Nate's presence and charm, it more than makes up for in far more enjoyable gameplay, mixing up open world exploration segments with the traditional Uncharted jump 'n' swinging. The shorter run-time and tighter pacing is just perfect too.
