The gameplay loop is as good as ever, QOL updates from BL2 are well implemented, and the cel-shaded graphics look amazing. The odd parts are the story and the DLC tho

THE best looter shooter

One of the best remakes out there. The atmophere it creates, the sound, the fluidity of gameplay and the replayability are all exceptional.

Still a classic, and the soundtrack's like a fine wine.

Changes and QOL updates make the game live up to todays standards

The story should shine in these type of games, but its not the case here. The co-op gameplay sucks too, with some very unimaginative puzzles.

Easiest way to describe this game is: masterpiece. The story is not as good as the other entries, but the rest (gameplay loop, soundtrack, etc) is top notch. As with FF8 and FF9, the QOL mechanics make the game even better and reduce some of the grind.

A surprisingly good star wars themed soulslike game, the gameplay loop is the same as you would expect, and the powers add a little bit of flavor to the combat. No lightsaber dismemberments unfortunately.

Gameplay is very fluid, but feels kinda samey the longer you play. The story is kind of confusing too, but the way Remedy tells it hooks you. I'd say a very solid new IP.

While the story is not as good as Kiwami 1, the gameplay is the most refined yet (tied with Yakuza 6). One of the best entries in the franchise I would say.

The best entry in the series for me (tied with FFXII), the gameplay mechanics are simple to grasp, the story is phenomenal, and the soundtrack is the icing on the cake. QOL improvements make the grind for some sidequests easier too.

Very nice addition to the tactics genre, and an interesting exploration of the "Gears" universe. Gets kind of samey on the mission department, but overall a good game.

Highly underrated entry in the series, the gameplay mechanics takes some accustoming to, but when you get the hand of it everything shines. The story also takes some time to get going, but it pays off for an awesome ending. Also: R=U
