Open world section just when I was getting used to being free from them. This one feels especially annoying to explore. But the story with Ameridan is much more interesting than the Descent. Comes out to about the same level of enjoyment for me.

A great fangame overall. Overall I've never been a big fan of the core structure of Metroid 2 and just like Samus Returns, it holds this game back because of that. Overall very worth playing. Personally I do find Hard mode to be pretty unbalanced.

The best way to play one of the best trilogy of games ever. The loss of per-game title screens, controller support, and the removal of some speedrun tricks stop it from being perfect. But to an average player, this is a phenomenal collection.
