ok so the humor here is pretty bad but at least the main guy behind it hasn't ever done domestic violence

Sometimes I remember this game exists and promptly proceed to spent the following 7 days playing nothing but this game. Legitimately fun.

It's largely inconsequential due to it being a prequel to The New Order. It gets a bit weird near the end but overall the same experience as the previous games.

This was an amazing follow-up to RE7. I was hooked on this from the very beginning; there really wasn't a single thing about this game I disliked. It's fucking amazing. I liked it enough to play through it three times. On Normal, then Easy, and then Hard. I also spent a fair amount of time on the first four Mercenaries maps. I can't really overstate just how much fun I had playing this game; I loved how Mercenaries mode was done in particular, I just kind of wished there was maybe one other map somehow.

I honestly can't decide if I like this more or less than Resident Evil VII. They're so close for me, because I love the hell out of them both. HOWEVER, Resident Evil Village doesn't have a Joe Baker DLC where you punch Lycans, sooooooo-

Fucking masterpiece. They let the writer of End of Zoe direct Resident Evil 4-2 and it's every bit as incredible as that sounds. Mercenaries cums.

today has been shit my dog fucking died

Update: March 2022
Bought this on PC to play with friends and I've sunk even MORE time into it than I did on Switch by trying out more weapons this time around, as well as finishing ALL the offline quests, which I didn't do on my Switch version playthrough. I can't wait for Sunbreak to release!

Quite possibly the best Monster Hunter title to date. I LOVE the new monsters, the variety in the roster, the Wirebug system, and most everything else that's here. There are some aspects that feel a bit unfinished/rushed, but I'm hoping that future title updates (and hopefully even an expansion?) will make this game pure gold.

horrible dialogue, inconsequential level design, copy pasted enemies, forgettable bosses... wait this is just the first half

Not only is it a bad game, it has Jordan Peterson propaganda!
