polished and charming twin-stick platformer that looks like a narrative-driven puzzle-platform game but is actually a much more challenging traditional platformer, even with its unconventional grapple mechanic. fun, just got too hard for me

wonderful narrative game that manages to evoke a wistful early-adolescent mood with some extremely simple 3D visuals

core gameplay is great but gave up after an incredibly cheap difficulty spike involving the headbutt move (which is much easier to accidentally do in the wrong direction than the other special moves)

not paced quite as well as the main campaign and lacks the open-world element, but stunning visuals and some solid set pieces

object manipulation mechanics are deeply broken and require far too much fiddling around
