Played on PC after beating the first game of the rebooted trilogy. Putting some months between the first game and this one made it possible to enjoy the game and the mechanics. Ticks all the boxes for a succesful sequel for me. Both combat and stealth is improved. Stealth sections are as intense as ever, but you are able to be more innovative thanks to the improved crafting system. IMO open combat is more relentless and fast-paced. Fights usually takes place in smaller levels and Lara needs to move and make quick decisions. I believe this adds to the immersion.

Exploration, level design and puzzles were more enjoyable for me in this game. Fluid movement is to be commended in this area I believe.

The game is more polished compared to the first one. Probably because of more funding the studio was able to receive after the succesful reboot. Looking forward to playing the Shadow of the Tomb Raider.
