The vehicle controls are either really jank or beautiful to control and I have no idea why it keeps changing

What a game.

What a beautiful, beautiful game.

I was hesitant at first, I'll admit. I wasn't sure this game could be as good as I'd heard it hyped up to be. But it was, and so much more.

As soon as you open up the game, you're greeted with a sombre melody playing as Epona gallops across the plains. You create your save file, and you meet the Great Deku Tree and Navi, and you set out on the adventure of a lifetime.

You can really tell the influence of this game nowadays. Targeting is so useful. Granted, there was no free camera movement, but Nintendo soon corrected that with Majora's Mask.

There is just so much to do. The main story takes you all over the map, from inside a giant fish to a torture dungeon to a statue. You can find helpful items like Biggoron's Sword or the Ice Arrows, that are completely unnecessary to the main quest.

This game is so impressive. I love every aspect of it.
Except the Water Temple. That bit sucks.

Probably the epitome of "A good game, but not for me"

I went into it hoping to enjoy it. I played it trying to enjoy it. I could tell it was a good game, but I just wasn't having fun.

The main 'gimmick' of the the game is the 3 day structure. You have 3 days (about an hour in real life) to save the world. Luckily, you can go back to the beginning, but you lose some of your items. This time limit wouldn't have been a problem for me, except for one thing: it doesn't pause in dungeons. Now, I like to take dungeons slow, exploring every corner for every item, and I certainly was not able to do that in an hour.

Aside from my grievances with the three day cycle, something about this just seems off. I'm looking at the back of the box as I type this, and it just looks weird. The Link art looks fanmade. The shadows are weird. But in game itself, it's also strange. The UI doesn't seem to fit the game. You have this dark and depressing world, with a fun-coloured lower screen where you put your items!

Would I recommend this game? Absolutely. I am glad other people are able to enjoy this game, and I hope that one day I will be able to enjoy it too.

My 3DS kept crashing when I tried playing it and I also lost the game card. It was fun whilst it lasted.

Incredibly funny because of what you can do with the miis, but Miitopia does it better in every way.

I don't have any friends to play with

I am terrible at Mariokart, and a tiny screen with a weird control stick doesn't exactly help.

Luigi is hot

This was the first Smash Bros game I played. I still suck at Smash Bros.

They better bring back smash run for the next game.

I kept getting confused as to what was happening. I want to give it a second chance, but I have other games I'd much rather give second chances to.

I remember literally nothing about this game

Decent platformer, pretty easy, but I somehow got stuck

This is called Paper Jam Bros where I live, and it still isn't that good.
