Either those sequels were cancelled at some point (Mega Man Legends 3) or are in development hell (Beyond Good And Evil 2).
Suggestions are welcome, as long as they don't follow the line of a Hotline Miami 3 or Mega Man X9, and neither games like Van Buren (since New Vegas is essentially the Fallout 3 of the Interplay trilogy, or to put it better, Van Buren but resurrected from the dead).
