Honestly? Doesn't hold up like I remember. It's got a great story and characters, and the setting/vibes are super distinct and enjoyable, but the actual process of playing the game is so linear and forgettable. Not bad by any means but...yeah.

A short but very sweet addition to a great game! The gameplay loop is super fun, and the hacking system provides a good middle ground in difficulty for a rogue-like. Loved catching up with these characters--SUPER refreshing to see all the loose ends from Octo Expansion addressed.

Hands down, the most fun Fire Emblem in well over a decade. The plot kinda sucks, but it doesn't hit the series' lowest lows. Feels like if the Fates writers had a second draft.

A pretty decent first half to the DLC. Kieran and Carmine are both enjoyable characters, and the new editions to the Dex are very fun. Kitakami in general is a pretty cute location, and I love how distinctive and isolated it feels compared to Paldea.

A really solid 3D Kirby game! I don't have a ton to say, it's just a great game.

Why won’t they let my Miis be gay.

This game has the audacity to make Breath of the Wild, one of THE best games ever created, feel sub-par.

A good way to unwind. Love almost everything about it, even if it's honestly one of the weaker Animal Crossing games. The Turnip Market can kiss my ass tho

An absolute travesty that this and its sequel didn't sell well. The Tellius FE games are wonderful tactics experiences that hit juuuust the right difficulty. It's even probably got the best plot and worldbuilding in the series. Also the protagonist is gay as fuck i love this game.

Pretty fun. I like how distinct each character feels from one another, and the BOTW visual style translates really well here. I just can't get into it as much as I'd like to, I guess.

A polished, optimized iteration of a game I already adore that fires on all cylinders. Splatoon has always been a joy for me personally and the third entry encapsulates everything I love about it. Never has a game been so effortless for me to just sink hours and hours into.

An unfinished game with a lot of ambition that I honestly found very charming. If nothing else, it's really reassuring to me that GameFreak tried as hard as they did to make this entry stand out, and I love a lot of the mechanical changes, art direction, and character-building. The graphics and overall difficulty curve could definitely use some work, though.

One of those games that you take in, finish, and think: "How tf did a human being sit down and make this"
