Came back after a while and felt a lot of flaws I might have ignored at first. Really felt like the typical Kamiya game in terms of game design, like the way it's always trying to renew itself with gimmicks (like the shmup part) instead of focusing on creating a cohesive battle system. This makes the game feel poor from time to time and you wish it was a bit more than what it is. The game has some very busted shit too and it's pretty fun to learn them but once you do, well it gets way easier of course.
One of my favorite rhythm game that really take profit of sound design and audio interactions between your input and visual informations. Great design overall. Did all the chapters with S rank and it was challenging BUT fair.
Great run n' gun that makes you want to actually get good at it. A great demonstration of arcade design that works well for this kind of games.

level 6-2 broke me
Wanted a good ol' boomer shooter and got this instead. What a disappointment this game turned out to be. I think the game is even harder than doom eternal in nightmare mode but it feels so awkward to play that it just gets more and more frustrating. Was really glad when I beat it and uninstalled it right away.
Glad I played this Treasure game. Pretty fun to explore all the routes and learn to play the characters. Very charming game.
One of my very first musou game, I really want to explore this subgenre more in detail in the coming months. Not a fan of sengoku basara for now but i'll have to give the next games a try.
It's like a perfected version of bust a groove, with the addition of MIX mode which makes the gameplay way more interesting, while still keeping the attack/defense system. A very good sequel overall and this soundtrack man.
Very important game that finally got an english translation so I was able to play it. Well it has aged and it is a dating-sim so you'll spend a lot of time reading cheesy lines but the gameplay is surprisingly addictive. Going for the Shiori route wasn't that challenging and was pretty fun.
Excellent solo fighting game that respects the source material more than anything else i've seen as far as manga/anime adaptations are concerned.
