I feel that MP4 thought. It was cool to finally see it be a Real Game after all this time, and it was certainly a great thing to end it on, but I kinda just went "oh, neat!" at the end of it all. Guess being gone for 7 years can do that to a game.

Sylux being shown off is very funny at least, cause it means Nintendo's gonna do That Thing where they inexplicably drop games related to the lead up of the next title there, meaning I won't be surprised if Prime Hunters and/or Federation Force somehow make a return.

Playing the first 3/4s of Ico: "This game fucking sucks. Oh my god. How much do I have to do for Yorda to stop spinning and climb this ladder holy shit. How did anyone do this shit without a walkthrough at the ready to be able to use once every 30 minutes"

Playing the last hour of Ico: "Okay, I APPRECIATE Ico because you can see its influence everywhere and there is no doubt in my mind that I was being fucked with the entire time. HOWEVER it still sucks to play (although the greater offense is that most of it is boring and repetitive), and for that reason within the microgenre of 'games which intentionally suck ass to play', I will always love Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days more."

Whoa!! Very cool game--the story was super interesting and very well executed all around. Gameplay was mostly really fun, especially the exploration aspect. However, controls feel super dated and some bosses felt miserable
