The original Paper Mario still holds up quite well.

There are some minor issues I have with it. I think the final chapter of the story drags on far too long and it can be easy to get stuck in certain areas.

Nevertheless, the humor, characters, and turn-based combat are all very well done. The gameplay is fun and satisfying.

Being my first experience in the Armored Core series, I enjoyed what I played from Fires of Rubicon. While I didn't care much for the story and the missions are a bit repetitive, where this game really shines is with its incredibly fluid, fast-paced gameplay, and the wealth of customization options for your AC.

Coffee Talk is a unique indie title. While there isn’t a whole lot of “game” in this video game, there’s just something about it that is endearing.

I love the characters, the music, the art style, and the combinations of ingredients to make drinks. Overall, this is one of the most chill games you can play.

A sequel done right. Improves upon the gameplay, traversal, and level design from its predecessor. Similar to Cuphead, this game is an absolute feast for the eyes and ears. A pure work of art that also plays well.

This is my kind of stealth game that allows you to play the way you want. However, what style you choose to play also affects the world and how the story goes, and I loved that about Dishonored.

This game basically took the cool visual tricks from The Matrix and packed it into its own thing. That's definitely a compliment, though, because I very much enjoyed playing it.

Offering some of the N64's best couch co-op gameplay, the original Mario Party has spawned numerous sequels, but still remains as one of the best in the entire series. Some of the most memorable and fun mini-games to play, coupled with iconic boards and plenty of game modes.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is a great game that improves upon the combat, exploration, and traversal from Fallen Order.

It unfortunately still suffers from numerous performance issues. On Xbox, the "performance" mode constantly struggled to maintain a consistent framerate. I encountered a few annoying bugs and glitches. Lastly, the crashes. This game crashed on me nearly 10 times while playing through the main story. It became even more frustrating once those crashes occurred during boss battles and cutscenes that followed.

When it works, I really enjoyed what I played. In addition to the gameplay improvements, the story is more emotional and interesting. Hopefully Respawn can continue to polish the game because it has the potential to be one of the best Star Wars adventures.

From the biggest blunder in gaming history to what I consider to be gaming's greatest video game compilation, Halo: The Master Chief Collection has it all...and Halo 4.

My favorite game on N64 and one of my favorite Mario games ever released.

Super Mario 64 gets so many things right. Yeah, it can be a little rough around the edges, but everything about this game is iconic. The levels, the sounds, the music, and even Mario himself. This game is nothing short of a masterpiece for what it was able to accomplish back in the 1990s.

I still go back and play this incredible game to this day. A fantastic journey throughout with one of the best and most wholesome end credit sequences.

Dumbing down the battling and catching mechanics of the previous games, the Let's Go generation of Pokémon was ultimately disappointing. It was good to rummage through Kanto again and being able to connect the game to Pokémon GO, but the game was too easy for its own good.

BioShock has a bleak, dreary, but ultimately captivating atmosphere that draws you in with its visuals and sounds. The gameplay is very fun and offers many different ways to customize it to your liking. The story is also fantastic and provides great worldbuilding.

Not only one of the best Call of Duty games, but also one of the best games of all-time. The campaign is great but not quite as memorable as CoD 4. The multiplayer had a few balancing issues and overpowered mechanics, but it's still so much fun.

Refined gameplay and better course design make Toadstool Tour the best game in the Mario Golf series.

Horizon Zero Dawn is an interesting game. It has a unique setting, cool enemies to fight, and a decent story. The gameplay loop gets a bit repetitive after a while and some of the RPG mechanics are a little tedious.
