It's very obvious that a different studio worked on this one and as a sequel it's not great but that doesn't stop it from being a good standalone game.
Improves on the first in every possible way.
Max Payne has a gritty atmosphere and a great bullet-time mechanic. Despite its great combat, enemy placement can be absolute bullshit.
