game is fun, i really enjoy the exploration and the map is very dense (almost too dense, sometimes). gunplay is pretty fantastic as well.
unfortunately i don't really like a single character in this game, nor do i care for any of the factions or the main campaign itself. and while i realize this has been said a thousand times, it can't be overstated how terrible of an idea it was to give the protagonist a voice and established characterization. detaching the protagonist from the player doesn't really work in a game like this, and Fallout 4's attempt of doing so only severely limits the amount of role-playing you can do in this role-playing game.

this game is REALLY good. it has fantastic sound design and visuals and it just all comes together to create an atmosphere that captures the games setting perfectly, and it has some of the best gameplay of the Metroid games i've played.
i enjoy this game in a silly sitcom kind of way. its got wacky characters and a pretty entertaining story mixed with an atmosphere and setting that fits the game really well.
what i DON'T enjoy about this game is its weak writing, painfully shallow characters, and its failure to tie in its themes with the cast. and those aspects are pretty huge in the Persona series, so in my opinion, this is the weakest of the bunch.
