Short and sweet dlc. It was so interesting to delve back into Kratos’ past with his new perspective on life and ways of thinking. He knows he was a monster, he knows what he did was terrible and unforgivable, but he grows, and learns, and that’s amazing to see. He’s a god of hope now, and I can’t wait to see where his character goes next after this.

Oh this was such a fun time when I played it. It’s a little dated now sure, but this doesn’t stop it from being one of the most engaging and fun times I’ve had with a game ever, this is truly a gem.

This is the best buggy mess of a dlc ever, lol. It’s so fun to ride around the west killing zombies and taming the horses of the apocalypse when it’s working. The story is kinda lackluster and bare bones for the most part, but that isn’t what you’re here for, you’re here for a fun time, and it definitely delivers.

This is such a fun time, I love Spider-Man so much, and this is perfect. I’m a big fan of the Arkham games, and having that formula in Spider-Man flavor is a dream come true. The story is nice to have, an older Peter story instead of the same recycled high school story, having him already be experienced is such a nice change of pace. The combat and gadgets are all super fun to play around with and swinging around the city never gets old. Absolutely adore this game.

A much smaller experience than the first, but still a great time. This only takes a couple hours to finish the main story, and there’s less to do overall in the open world, but for what it is, I really enjoy it.

Oh boy. I wanted this game to be better than the first so bad, and after finishing it, I convince myself that it was. But now, I don’t think so. There’s just too many problems that I have with it to justify it. The story is shorter, there’s less to do in the world, which is crazy since they made the map bigger, but they didn’t add more things to do in it. The swinging and combat are definitely better and if I do just want to sit down and swing around the city, I’ll boot up this one over the others. This is unfortunately a 3/4 baked game, and it rears its ugly head in the third act, where the story just arguably matters the most, and they fumble it hard. There’s still good moments don’t get me wrong, but the pacing, the writing, everything takes a nose dive, it’s crazy. There’s obviously so much that was left on the cutting room floor, they should’ve delayed it another 6 months and it would’ve been perfect. There’s also so many features missing on launch, that have been added now in the recent update, but, having those features not be added with the base game, when they’re in the other two games is so fucking wild it’s unbelievable. The game is still good, it has a lot of highs, but some big lows that just bring it down past the first one for me.

Oh this game did NOT need a remake, but it is what it is. I still enjoy the game, the story is really well done with so many heart wrenching scenes that still get me years later. Joel and Ellie make this game, they’re the heart and soul of it, the va’s did such a wonderful job. The gameplay is a little whatever honestly, it’s a basic third person cover shooter with some minor looting/crafting mechanics, they work well, and they get the job done. But yeah, the story sells this game hard.

Here we go. I don’t see the hype. The story is, kind of a mess for me. It starts off really strong, but the pacing is just, god awful. Splitting up the game into two parts with Ellie and Abby isn’t a bad idea, but it’s done in such a weird way. Having flashbacks in the middle of your chapters while shit is happening is not something you should be doing, I know they’re there for a specific purpose, but they could’ve been done way better. Personally, if the game was told in, mostly, chronological order, I think it would benefit greatly. The last act of the game pisses me off so much. The game should’ve been 2 hours shorter imo, I don’t hate the ending like a lot of people, I’m okay with Abby living, I just don’t like how it came to that conclusion. She should’ve had this same finality hours ago but the game apparently needed to keep going. Combats fun tho. :)

It’s fun, that’s kind of it honestly, lol. It’s definitely dated, and very wonky to play sometimes. Story is a little bare bones and the game looks really fucking ugly, which, I know is kinda the point, but idk.

Significantly better than the first. The story is better, the gameplay is better, the world is better. They approved upon everything from the first game and I enjoyed my time with this, should probably play second son at some point, lmao.

Yeahhhhh, I kinda wish I skipped this honestly, but it is what it is. I finished it in one sitting so it’s not much. Same stuff as 2, it’s fun the play, and the concept is semi interesting, but that’s all it’s really got going for it.

I’m a tomb raider fan, so this was definitely up my ally and I always looked forward to playing the series, mostly cuz I’ve heard such great things about 2 and 4. This one, is alright, it’s a good start to the series and introducing all the main characters. The combat is fun and I never really got bored with it. The story definitely loses me near the end but that’s alright. It’s still mostly enjoyable.

Oh this one is much better than the first. The combat hasn’t changed, it’s still like, literally the exact same, which is alright. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. The story is significantly better and adding a new cast of intriguing characters was refreshing. Everyone gets to shine a little bit and it’s really nice.

One of the best souls games that they’ve ever made. It’s so unique compared to the rest of the series, besides Sekiro obv. I love gothic lovecraftian horror and this delivers. The combat is much more fluid and less clunky, you aren’t dodge rolling like dark souls, you side step out of the way of all the attacks and it’s so cool. Also parry gun, enough said.

This is the best ps exclusive hands down, it’s not even a competition for me. Everything about this game is beautiful, the story, characters, combat, the world. I could ride around it for hours, it’s so gorgeous, one of the best looking games out there. The samurai combat with changing different stances depending on the enemy is so cool, even tho I know it’s not the only game to do it. All the gadgets are unique and interesting to play around with, and the drip is immaculate. The story is gripping and engaging and it never really had and low points for me. The second half of act 2 and act 3 are so fucking peak it’s insane, I would love to play this game again on my ps5.
