Two regions are better than one, but the leveling in this game has always been the biggest issue. Your team spirals out of control very quickly, and there’s next to no challenge until you get to Red. A good move for the franchise, but there are better options.

All the fun of battling without any of the hassle. Agency Agency

Super fun combat, some of the best I've played in the series. The story is a little underwhelming, but good brain fodder.

As the current world record holder, I have to say this game is fun. The gameplay loop is simple, short, and satisfying as each part you make has an immediate effect on the monster. While the game doesn’t have the nicest graphics or the best controls (electro trace on Wii) the game is still fun. I’ll love this game for as long as I live.

Exactly what I needed when it came out, but relies a lot on nostalgia. The DLC was much needed and brought new life into the game. When I need to relax and turn my brain off, my island will always be there.

Hit Perfection and did everything I wanted to do. The final stretch was rough, but there's so much love and charm in this game.

Visuals, music, and story were all amazing, but the core gameplay starts to drag. Still, enjoyable throughout and a great experience!

Great music and characters, among the worst controls for game I've ever played

Very tight platformer with enough story to keep me interested throughout. Plenty of difficulty (especially with the dlc). Easy to see why people love this game, now I can join in on the silk song hype.

Gachas just aren’t for me, best part was giving some old characters just a hint of personality.

I think I played this one at the wrong time in my life, and I knew too many of the twists and turns for it to grip me. I enjoy the way this game deconstructs tropes, I love the music, and the gameplay is well done, but the characters didn’t resonate with me the same way it might for others.

Got sucked into another deck builder, have loved most of the changes that have been added since launch. Kinda tough to run some special builds without good luck, but super fun to see stuff work out (and it usually does).

All the goodness of Gen 5 cranked to 11. My go-to for emulating a Pokémon game

I mean, AR was neato for the time but this was more annoying than it needed to be

Most of what I remember are the mini games, which still hold up decently well.
