This game is kinda 10 years late on a lot of points. I think the Bethesda formula is not working anymore on someone like me.
The good : a realistic space experience, decent ways to customize your outposts, gunfights are OK, go for it if you're fond of Interstellar/NASA/small-session-sandbox-games
The bad : no RPG aspect (got the credits at level 25), outposts are useless, so are spaceships, you don't travel in space but in menus, everyone wants you to take 26 L.Y. long FedEx missions even if you don't speak with NPCs, run away from it if you liked No Man Sky/Mass Effect/Skyrim/Baldur's Gate.
This is not a RPG, this is some kind of outdated sandbox in space with a main quest.
