A fun game with a lot of variety, specially if you are looking for more after playing BOTW. But no, just don't do it.

The expansion deserves all the high praise it gets. The story is absolutely phenomenal building upon different storylines and doing them in masterful ways, while also giving a lot (I mean a lot) of memorable dungeons and fights and one of the best villains introduced in the whole game. I haven't played all the patch story but still it's damn worth it to go through.

Not the biggest hater of Stormblood but I do think they overextended their reach in trying to mix two whole different stories and continents in the expansion, when it should have been just focusing on one.

Still, the new classes are fun and love the areas that were introduced

If nothing else this expansion has a great climax, with a great final boss who is accompanied with a masterful music score.

Not only is writing much better but its main conflict despite being a cliche, is done really well, building on the foundations of the slog that was realm reborn and improving them tenfold. Also introduced best class to the game with the Astrologian so it's peak just because of that.

Haha those are some funny words ascian, unfortunately i've fallen asleep while listening to them.

Oh god, get me out of the guild wars mine.

Go on prince, roll me into the katamari, I've accepted my fate.

A wonderful world of dreams to explore that deserves a lot more credit and doesn't deserve to be stuck with the prejudice of the gacha genre.

The story throughout penacony, not only is great in its presentation, giving the player a world in a dream full of glamour and incredible creativity and magic, completely different from the other planets but its strength also comes from the fact of how the story is really well written and how it's able to keep track of different characters and factions, giving them meaningful roles, not only having the spotlight to the new but also the old.

I wish not to spoil much and there's still one patch left to finish the story, but if you thought that Xianzhou arc wasn't that good, I would definitely say Penacony is worth your time.

It's a shame this game is a gacha, there's so much content for you to experience with a variety that other games of the same genre don't do, while maintaining a high quality throughout its patches.

It might have a lot of verbose and some dialogues do run their course but if we look past that, it's gameplay is simple and effective thus making it very satisfying, the characters are very interesting and so are their stories (Well for the most part...), the stories of all arcs are a great experience (Yes even Xianzhou) if you actually take time to immerse yourself in their worlds, even offering post epilogue quest chains for its worlds or characters.

I would give this game a higher rating if it weren't for the fact its a gacha, and truth be told, you don't need to interact with the gacha mechanics to enjoy it but some of the characters that you might want to play with are only available in the gacha, and that's a damn shame.

There's no way they can make something better than this

I just want to say, that if you like quick and snappy action games, and always wanted one that gave you a lot, and I mean a lot, of customization options for how to customize your mech, just play the game. I haven't completed it yet but It is a very good game, a

Remedy really asked what if they mixed SCP foundation with supernatural roots that Alan Wake established.

The result, is game that not only is a great narrative, sharing a lot of the same attributes that made their previous game great (World building, interesting characters, in depth lore, and much more) but it also has really fun gameplay using psychic abilities that never got old.

Again, if the premise sounds interesting to you do not look at any of the lore or story of the game beforehand.

Such a interesting piece of work. In a lot of ways Alan wake isn't that good. It's gameplay is a bit repetitive and mundane, a lot of wandering around through the same woods (Which I don't mind), the funkiest movement system I've ever seen both when walking and driving but all of this is saved but what the game excels at.

The soundtrack is absolutely fantastic, all pieces of tidbits you can find make a compelling world that you can get immersed through, its main story, (including its concepts and characters) is really enjoyable with a lot of depth that made me so interested in all the game was revealing and left at the hedge of my seat. Also sidenote, the way the game is presented as a tv series is really nice way to approach its narrative even if sometimes ends in a bit of awkward moments.

Again, I didn't think I would enjoy the game this much at the end, since I wasn't really feeling in the beginning (Heck, I bought and played this game in february, and only now did I completed it) but if you are even remotely interested in its premise I would definitely recommend it trying it out.
