Might I add, and recommend, Ghost of a Tale. You play a mouse but you are captured by rats!

This list is severely lacking Bad Rats.

Mad Rat Dead is apparently pretty good

@thealexmott I totally forgot about Redwall and never realized it had any games! Sweet! Yeah mice count as far as this list goes.
