Her hop is pretty fun to instantly gain some speed and her vault is super useful to skip sections. Her Hammer is also useful in levels where you need to hit buttons like Marble Zone or Labyrinth Zone. Never been a fan of how there is no roll, meaning she can't pick up momentum but otherwise it's a good rom hack

I dislike how there’s no music and that the bot picks the team first, but other than that, I’d say this game would proably be better with two players. With one, you’re facing up against a cheating cpu.

its been 3 years since i last played it but i remember it giving me a brain tumor
I went in to this thinking it would be awful due to AVGN but surprisingly this game is good. It's not great but it's still a solid time.
Some enemies can be really annoying like the slimes especially with the placement of them, and the bosses are way too easy including Dracula.
I found some of the items to be pretty good and found myself often using the Flame Whip, Holy Water and Laurels.
The day to night transitions aren't really that bad, and while I appreciate them trying to make a more exploration based game, the cryptic puzzles are just annoying.
Overall it's a good game, not great but still fun

and worst of all is the physics, you get hit and you go fucking flying and for some reason you keep momentum after hitting a wall.

I can see why non-sonic fans (normal people) also like this game. Definitely a must buy DS game. Extremely fun, fast action paced 2D platformer that has high speeds and pure fun. Sonic and Blaze's abilites are fun to use and the boost meter is fun to try keep at it's peak. Bosses are decent and so is the story. If you like fast reaction time based 2D platformers, this game is amazing. W Soundtrack too.

Before Sonic Origins , This was the best way to play Sonic CD. The added features are great, and having the game in widescreen is very good. There are a couple visual and gameplay differences, some positive and some negative.
I'd say this is better than the original Sega CD version, but not Origins Plus as that adds Knuckles, Amy and the Drop-dash into the game.
My usual opinion of Sonic CD stays the same though, still being a game I consider good, but my least favourite classic Sonic game.

Sonic and the Black Knight has a great story and one of my favourite depictions of the character. The presentation of this game and it's music is just really cool overall. The actual gameplay is pretty good too but nothing superb. Still I'd say this is a good game, even considering it's heavy focus on motion controls.
