The first red dead was an absolute masterpiece. Rockstar set out to tell a story outside of their GTA universe and did it in one take.

This is another one of those games that effects how you look at video games forever. It was one of the more fulfilling games to play of this era, and the story itself also had some deeper meaning. You don't get that a lot from these types of games.

The adjustments they made to the combat system make up for the fact that the story is still absolutely the cringiest shit ever.

AI cheated hard on this one, no fair. Cool concept.
