Completed with 100 shines. Fantastic compact yet open world short form experience. It’s not meant to be Odyssey 2 but a potential new direction. Half a star lost for the frustration of bowser constantly appearing even in the end game to 100 shines and the slight randomness of it all. Very Mr X. Stressful but fun, mostly.

Fun vibe and great soundtrack but really didn’t get on with the controls or the painting mechanic. Ditched about half way through. I’m the big labyrinth.

First time playing a classic. Still holds up with some great set pieces and it redefined a genre. Loosing half a star as it’s a wee bit dated and the cliches of the male / female characters are layered in cheese. Great though. Almost essential if you’re into your game history.
Good opening half. Goes a bit downhill from there. Ending was very underwhelming. Fun enough and very creepy in places.

Not as good as 2 remake but still liked it. Especially the mad end fight. Not as tense without Mr X.
