My favorite post-apocalypse story ever told. The look at what happens when the entire world is stripped of the consequences of their actions is weirdly beautiful, and the game balances the comedy and tragedy in such a glorious way.
Literally everything about this game works for me. The combat is fast and frantic and the main character controls so smoothly, the world design is mysterious and unexplained (in a good way), and the music and atmosphere is absolutely beautiful.
This was my favorite game ever for the longest time. It has a decent story and good gameplay that is hard carried by the best cast of characters in any RPG.
What an absolutely brilliant game. Fantastic characters both in headspace and out, with fun turn-based combat and some of the best emotional writing I have ever seen not just in games, but in media.
This is genuinely my favorite work of art of all time. Fantastic combat and level design, compelling and likable characters, a deep and emotional story, and incredible boss fights combine to make a real modern classic.
