i recently came back to 2077 after watching edgerunners, got the dlc and played through almost all of the story within a week.
despite bugs and weird balancing, 2077 and its dlc are some of the most fun ive had recently. the atmosphere and gameplay are superb and i reeeally recommend people try this at least once

normally i really really dont like soulslikes and just refund them within 2 hours but this games artstyle and gameplay really tickles my brain. platforming and combat is super fun but less challenging than other soulslikes, probably the reason i enjoy it more

i posted a joke review but i wanted to come back to this because this game is incredible. originally, i thought balatro would be too complex for my gorilla brain, yet the tutorial and roguelite progression introduce new jokers slowly (like tboi ig?) in a way that isn't overwhelming and lets you learn as you play.
thinking of ways to win with new jokers and getting insanely busted runs as a result make the gameplay loop so incredibly fun and addictive.
