It has several flaws, specially on the design aspects, but I don't get why this game gets so much hate.

Same overall opinion as for AITSF: on the positive side I prefer Somnia over escape rooms, on the negative I find the mood of the game too silly goofy. Man, I miss Zero Escape.

Gotta say, the cast of characters and the Somnia has improved since AITSF.

AITSFNI + ZTD spoilers ahead

Sorry, I don't buy "that", it's the ZTD bs all over again. It's too excluded from the narrative for me and I feel like it doesn't really serves a purpose besides an afternote at the end (which isn't that deep anyway). I wish Uchikoshi stopped trying to implement the unreliable narrator trope this way, it just doesn't work. I know that the mistery would be too straightforward without it, but imo arbitrarily obfuscating the narrative as a "puzzle" loses a ton of value if it doesn't provide anything meaningful besides a twist and putting your brain to work for a while.

Great vn, at least the second half. I'm just sad this didn't blow my mind, I think I grew insensitive to the bombardment of tragedies, which is a shame because I probably would have enjoyed the last two chapters way more otherwise. Nice ending, but some things about the last chapter I just don't buy, sorry.

Fine thematic introduction for whatever is going to happen in the answer arcs I guess

Man, I know that the Diablo-like stuff has its own niche, but it's not for me. Cool bosses but I wish I could fight them at a pace closer to the main game, like in Nioh.

Nolanada pero si Nolan escribiese bien.

Todo pq el padre de Keiichi es un pajas

Yeah, guys... it's a good game.

Gameplay is Nioh and I fw that (a pretty good Nioh tbh, maybe a bit too easy), but I get why it isn't for everybody. The weapons have a nice variety of moves, the jobs system adds a good layer of customization and the Sekiroish posture bar + different attacks with specific responses compliments everything pretty well.

I was just expecting your average bs writing because of how infamous this game became, but it's just and enjoyable silly game, and that's fine. You get the goofiest and most unhinged scenes (and i mean it in a good way), you can have a laugh at the clichés of the IP, you get a healthy dosis of fanservice/tribute to the whole franchise, you get a compelling ending to nicely wrap the story (even if it isn't anything mind blowing) and most importantly, you get CHAOS. Did people just miss half the game being satirical? Did they expect a life-changing plot? I know FF has some dense fans, but c'mon, it's so explicitly meant not to be taken too seriously.

A pretty interesting idea that is wasted on a mid (at best) melodrama. I was going to give it a 6 but the ending was just the last straw. Idkw people love this game so much but there are so many things wrong with that conclusion...

The "what if Mitsuribayashi was decent" arc

Encontré el copypaste de "me cago en todos los muertos de tu árbol genealógico y si me apuras los vivos también..." 📝

I'm positive that Last Note could have been great if it had been a fully fleshed out arc.
