Charming! Beautiful colors and music! Wonderful message. Controls were a little janky. Probably shouldn't have been given immediate access to the whole map and it was a bit unclear that certain animals were unlocked through story progression. Too many random side quests too. However, it's a short game and definitely worth playing. Love the representation.

I stopped just short of the final boss. Maybe I'll go back eventually. But I couldn't stomach another long grindy boss fight. Besides that, the game is endearing. It's funny. Mechanics are fun. The story is a bit tropey and the humor is sometimes questionable. Looking forward to the sequel.

Cute game. Love the music and animation. But I suck at rhythm games and this game babies you too much. I can ignore the mechanic entirely and still get through the level, which feels bad. Maybe I'll return if I unexpectedly learn rhythm.

Not as good as Danganronpa, but similar enough that it scratched the itch I had. Visuals, character design, and music pretty good. Story a little lackluster. Too predictable for a detective game, but also too much revealed too late.

I love Danganronpa. I've tried this game a couple times. I can't do it. The controls are clunky. The story is contrived. It's not interesting. It's too over the top without the charm that the mainline series has.

Dave the Diver is cute and a game that is definitely worth playing. Very charming. It gives me hope that in a time where AAA games are on the decline that there will once again be the rise of the Indie game. The characters are endearing. The music is relaxing. Fishing is a genuine joy. I will pay close attention to what this studio does in the future,

BUT. Dave the Diver doesn't know what it wants to be. It couldn't decide so it picked to be everything. It would be much better game if it picked a couple things and fleshed them out instead of just being mediocre at most things. I wish they had just focused on the fishing / running a sushi restaurant. We could even keep the vegetable and fish farm. Perfect that gameplay loop. I think that could have been a 10/10 game. But instead it tried to do too much and forgot what it's main purpose was. Definitely worth playing, but falls a little short in the end.

What a weird game. Not sure what it was trying to get across but it was interesting to say the least

Weird. Interesting. Worth playing for the half hour run time

Loved it. Lovely graphics. Super fun trying to identify the plants. Puzzles aren't super difficult, but it makes for a nice relaxing experience. I wish that you were able to guess plants incorrectly and have consequences arise from that.

Clipped into the ground and got stuck. Would have had to replay the whole chapter. Walking is too slow to warrant that. Story telling is mediocre. Non way to interact with the world.

Loved the aesthetics. Absolutely beautiful. Puzzles hurt my brain. First puzzle game I solved completely on my own, so take that as you will.

Beacon Pines has the basis for an interesting game, but is unable to follow through. I like the inspiration they drew from choose your own adventure novels, but the way to make alternate choices felt clunky. At best, I might have two paths I can take at any one time, but you know you will return to the alternate path later on. The story overstayed its welcome. I thought we had reached the end, but unfortunately it keeps going on for another couple of chapters for some reason. One plot twist in the game is apparent from almost the beginning and it was just a matter of finally finding the right story path to lead you there. Another plot twist makes no sense if you stop to think about it for even two seconds. However, the game is cute and the characters are charming. I like the idea behind the game, but think the execution was a little lacking.

Interesting idea. I could never get the blink mechanic to calibrate quite correctly. I don't think the mechanic works well because it's not natural. Eyes hurt a little after playing. The story is nothing special. Classic sick kid dying is a tear jerker story. I would have preferred a new story.

Adorable. Charming. I absolutely loved this game from the animation to the music to the simple yet engaging puzzles. Cute story. Loved getting to paint and sketch. Definitely recommend playing with headphones.

Very cute! Vibes were nice. Clearly heavily inspired by VA11 HALL-A
