dialed back some of the things i didnt like about thps2 but it was still kinda muddy in some spots. thankfully that didn't include the soundtrack though, theres some killer songs on here and some bands i still like to this day

i expected a lot more from the story given how much this game is lauded as a hidden gem or a snes must play

but square had no reason to go this hard on a remake

one of the best action games ever made to date, but it's mechanically heavy and might not click for everyone.

still, take some notes fromsoft

perfect guard/dodge didnt feel like they worked the way they were supposed to which can make the MA boss fights annoying. also grinding feels necessary but at the same time doesnt feel like it makes that much of a difference? because of these things, i have 0 interest in the DLC

on top of that the roster is questionable? no gundam MK II? no GP01 or GP02? only gundam DX, no gundam X or virsago?

i was stuck on taurus demon for a month

there are genres of music i would have probably never discovered if i didnt first play thps, underground especially

combat has some problems and the story ultimately doesn't feel like it matters as much in the grand scheme of the series but anyone who skips it is a FOOL

bro they put king crimson in this

had a lot more fun with this than botw, hopefully the open world format keeps improving like this if this is the direction the series is gonna be taking for a while

great game, but at the time it was an unappetizing sight of the future of RE

its like they didnt pay attention to what people liked about the other games

the boat sequence of this game docks it like a point and a half at least. beyond that enemy designs are lacking outside of bosses, and it feels like VR bait

i would take a bullet for arthur morgan

i've bounced off of this so many times and i give up. i like the character interactions and fan service but moment to moment the gameplay is so boring
