absolutely ridiculous downgrade from both kiwami 1 and the original yakuza 2 in every department except for graphics. the city feels alive in a way i haven't experienced in any other game, but that's just about the only good thing about it compared to both "previous" entries. a lot of scenes in the game are completely butchered to the point where i would say the devs had no idea what the point of the original scenes were to begin with. it's still a yakuza game and it's still enjoyable enough, but it's existence is offensive. just play yakuza 2.
