I love Skyrim and Oblivion seems like it does many things much better, but unfortunately the controls on the PC version are nearly impossible for me to use without mods (I use a controller, so this is the problem). I will return to it at some point, but the frustration has made it difficult to play very much of the game. With that said, I have watched playthroughs of it and love what I've seen of it.

I had a fantastic time with this game and absolutely recommend it. I poured a ton of time into it and the only frustrating parts were optional things that I insisted on doing anyway despite knowing it'd be difficult and frustrating. The story and characters were fantastic and I absolutely cried at points.

I'm a little conflicted on this one. I greatly enjoyed the changes to gameplay for the most part, and the graphics are wonderful. The story was a complete let-down however, and while I personally don't mind Pokemon being left out of the Pokedex in a game, I understand why so many people were upset by it. I do hope going forward they find a way to better balance fun gameplay with fun story, but Sword and Shield really missed the mark in terms of the usual fun Pokemon story.

It's Windwaker, of course it's good. Shame about the Tingle Bottles, though...

Luigi's Mansion has a steep learning curve and to this day I still feel there's a lot of room for me to improve. With that said, it's creative and fun, and I'm so glad it spawned its own series (even if I personally don't like the direction the series went in). This is a very solid and fun game, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

As always, Pokemon games have solid and fun gameplay, and this one didn't disappoint. Unfortunately, the story did suffer a bit in terms of pacing, and the hand-holding in the beginning was also annoying. With that said, Sun and Moon are my preferred games of the modern Pokemon games.

Oh god, I can't believe I have to review this game. Okay. Shadow the Hedgehog is as ridiculous as it sounds. You're playing a Sonic game, so you're going fast, but you also have a gun so now your objective is often "shoot everything". Don't try to get 100% completion. Please, I'm begging you. You will hate it. For as much of a disaster as this game is, I unironically love it. It's so dumb.

Super Paper Mario is not a bad game at all. My sisters love this game dearly. But for me, it isn't the Paper Mario I wanted, and that has always colored my thoughts on this game. The turn-based battles are gone, replaced by a more platform-style game and I'm just not a big fan of that. The story seems to be genuinely interesting with fun characters, but I just cannot get past my dislike of the gameplay.

Paper Mario is a fun and quirky game that does something vastly different from other Mario games. It's a solid and fun game, though I feel like Thousand Year Door improved on everything, including partners. Bow is still a fantastic character, though.

Pokemon Yellow is a game I really only played because the color pallets were more fun than Red's. I'm not a big Pikachu fan and I usually didn't even bother using the starter Pikachu for long because I'd just get stronger Pokemon. With that said, it's still a solid Pokemon game, even if gen I games are really rough.

One day I hope to get the Switch version and actually finish this game, but for now I can say that it was a lot of fun until I hit a wall where I needed to grind and just didn't feel like doing it. The characters and world were fun and fascinating, and I really do want to see how the story ends someday.

It's a Pokemon game, so it's solid like the rest. I didn't really love gen VI, but XY introduced dressing up your player character, and I love that. I love the Fairy-type as well, though that's mostly because it made the Poison-type stronger as a result, and that's my favorite type. The story was pretty good here? When can we go back to fun stories instead of whatever Sword and Shield was trying to do...

It's Mario Kart. Of course it's good and fun. Unfortunately, it didn't grab my interest so hard that I'd buy it again on the Switch, but it's still a solid time if you're looking for a kart racer.

I played the Crash games when I was a kid, and this one was way too hard. While I was able to beat 2 and 3, this one remained unbeaten until I used a cheat code and I don't plan on changing that. It's a solid game of course, just not as good as 2 and 3 in my opinion.

This was another solid entry in the Mario Kart series, but to be honest, they all start to blend together after awhile. The biggest problem here was that Waluigi wasn't playable. Who wanted the queen bee instead of Waluigi??
