My favourite mobile game when I was 9. I loved it back then but looking at it now, WOW everything was locked behind spending money. Loved the mini games though. I used to open the app just to play the minecart, potion-making and EQ dancing games all the time. MEMORISED ALL THE DANCES TOO they are still stims to this day and it haunts me. Let me out.

The way this game suddenly introduces new stupid supernatural shit all the time but is dead serious is so funny. The way this game just DOES shit, just says balls-to-the-wall INSANE shit, just shows you INCOMPREHENSIBLE concepts that under NO circumstance, in NO world make anything CLOSE to sense, and the game treats all of it with the seriousness of a hardened war veteran writing a fucking manifesto. And I absolutely love it. Nothing about this makes sense, all the characters could start killing each other for all I care- funny shit just happens! PLEASE play this game with some friends who have never played a Zero Escape game before with the mentality of ‘we are just here to have a good time laughing’. Drinking optional. Shot game recommended.

Because I couldn’t play my 3DS outside of the weekends for years, the main story took me about three YEARS to complete. I couldn’t tell you how elated I was when I finally defeated Bowser and the credits rolled.
And then Luigi appears.
And 8 more worlds appear greyed out in the world select.
Oh.
My.
GOD.
