incredibly engaging and addicting game that captivated me for months on end. i put it down for a couple weeks because i didnt want it to be over just yet, but i'm glad i got around to completing it. i really love the draconification aspects to the game, it blew my mind when i first caught on to it.

theres still stuff i dislike about the game- the music isnt as iconic as past zelda games- better than botw, but still not at the point where it was when skyward sword was released. the way the sage powers work is pretty stupid and annoying, and i spent way too much time trying to upgrade armor because the materials needed are kinda insane.

overall though, i love this game. i don't think i've played anything quite like it that has stuck with me for as long- usually i would not finish a game this long but i felt i needed to out of respect for its existence. i love the legend of zelda tears of the kingdom for the nintendo switch

my mom watched me play the portion of the game with the racist anthropologist and we were both upset that you could not throw him to dutch's gang when he asked us to

this is my first experience with splatoon outside of playing like two rounds of splat 1 at a friends house nearly a decade ago (person aging rapidly gif) so take that as you will.

i really like the gameplay loop of splatoon. i'm not very good at it, nor do i really want to put in the effort to be that good at it, but i have fun whenever i turn it on. i never finished the story mode and mostly go in for splatfests and salmon run at this point, but i don't really feel like there's a need for it to be anything else for me personally. maybe because i'm not very competitive or i'm always playing with babies because i haven't been playing this for a decade like some people but i'm never enraged by this silly squid game, i'm just here to paint the ground and laugh at weird usernames

theres obviously problems i have with the game, like how the entirety of salmon run's leveling system works, but as a first-time player in this franchise, i think it's pretty neat.

i was so excited to play the full version of this game after years of remembering how much fun i had with the FIVE USES the demo had when it first came out. i could never justify spending actual money on it, so now that the eshop has closed, i saw my chance. it was pretty fun for a while, i like making outfits and stuff but it gets very repetitive very quickly. it would be nice if you could make whatever outfit you felt like instead of essentially being required to use the style filters to get the best score. i also did not realize how japanese the styles were now that i'm playing it ten years later. i love the harajuku and lolita styles they included alongside the more western style choices

really interesting new spins and mechanics on the series! i love the historical aspect to this game as well as the combination of features introduced in pl vs pw alongside new ones, like herlock's deductions. i did think that the game dragged on a bit in parts, however, and i would've liked a better split between investigation and court time. i also think the one episode with only herlock deductions was one of these times; i get that it was there to introduce the new mechanic but i was sorely missing classic ace attorney gameplay during that time. the final episode was pretty genius, i'm wondering now if the morse code music box thing was an actual tactic back then because it's so smart. i am a little disappointed that it wasn't centered around a silent movie though, because "the unspeakable story" seems like the perfect title for something like that

originally played this for a week because i had that much time left on a gamepass trial after finishing the initial game i redeemed it for and didn't think much of it then. was gifted a copy on steam a few months later in order to play with friends and i got to the middle of year 2 within two or three weeks before running out of steam on my solo save so that's substantial enough for me to say the game's nice

very fun at first but it gets super repetitive once you finish a game completely. I wish there was a way to do all the scenarios in one save with a world that continuously expands rather than having to start over again and again and only the ability to carry one of your character over to the next game.

cute little game pretty fun :) i fucking HATE make a star 4 though that level SUCKS other than that it was satisfying to pick things up and whatever. I like that I was essentially able to finish this game up for free because of the trial going on. I'm not going to 100% it or anything but it was nice to finally try one of these games out! I get it now!!!!!!!!!!!!!

really liked this one! had a good mix of classic characters and shenanigans with new ones. so glad we got to see maya again and the new mechanics were really interesting. :) mildly annoyed i had to pay more money for the single dlc case than i had to for the entire rest of the game but whatever lol

i kinda did not like this one very much! i dont give a shit about these lame ass kids kiryu! i want you to punch things more!

satisfying clean make brain smile lol!!! also like house flipper makes my index finger dead after a long play session while listening to another stream of power wash simulator

good timewaster/thing to do with your hands while listening/watching something else

would prefer if it didnt leave my right index finger dead after every play session though

its free picross what more can i say

i had this "nightmare" once where there was this all consuming worm that did not think and only consumed was eating the earth once. that dream and this end game filled me with an existential dread i would never have expected from this stupid little baby game. when that blue guy ripped open the fabric of the universe i felt the cosmic horror of it all down to my bones. very cool aesthetic this game has and i am interested to see what the postgame stuff holds!

this was my first kirb game since triple deluxe and i really enjoyed it and i hope the series continues in this direction :)

i wish it was longer just so i could feel like my $60 was better spent (it only took me from thursday-tuesday to finish) but i will say this definitely feels more put together than a lot of other 60 dollar games that are meant to be longer, so i guess it balances out that way

experienced gamer rage for the first time playing this on my ds lite when i was like 10. probably the first time i realized games could be bad
