Story was meh and gameplay is great but just for 8 hours and after that it gets repititive. Is this game a must? No, but if you get it on discount it's worth it.

As a witcher enthusiast I haven't played Witcher 3 properly yet and I abandoned Witcher 1 because of it's awful mechanics, I've found myself in Witcher 2. I was blown away with it's story/story telling, mechanics, boss fights, RPG elements and side missions. This is a solid action - RPG. Don't you leave this game in your steam library. It's also directly connected with Witcher 3, third game will literally recognise your save file from second game and it will have some minor effects in the third, depending on your decisions in the second.

Aimless, just like it's name. No need to play this go play Far Cry 3 or something
