My favorite game of all time. A super satisfying and versatile platformer with a ton of hidden mechanics to minimize frustration and hidden movement capabilities to widen its potential. Also has a very charming art style with amazing music, one of my favorite soundtracks. It's very accessible for a variety of skill sets as well, thanks to its assist mode, which I'm always happy to see in games.
I first played on Switch, but I also have this on Steam, where I've used mods (which are very easy to handle) to play so much more of this game. It's really amazing, especially with mods, highly recommend.

will never get the Real Experience because i played this with all the accessibility modes on but still a beautifully crafted game with a modern classic soundtrack. though it is one of the only good games out of the depression games trend of the last few years

Wonderfully difficult game with compelling artwork and story and levels that make me want to keep pushing forward for however long it takes me to conquer Celeste mountain.
Love the story, but I'm getting older and pixel perfect jumps just require me to play the same screens over and over. Not as fun as it used to be.

Doubting you can finish the game, you'll learn more and more as time goes on and slowly overcome obstacles until you're at the top, enjoying the journey you just went through. You'll fail, a lot, but Celeste makes failure bearable, enjoyable even, with generous checkpoint systems and quick death, allowing you to try again and again, perfecting your skill with every attempt.

It is very enjoyable and smooth on the eyes, with many particle effects, lighting tricks and other fun rendering magic making it unique and soothing. This game is gorgeous.

5/5 - Wonderful soundtrack by Lena Raine, from bangers like Chapter 5's B-Side to chill track such as Chapter 2's to intense tune like Chapter 3's end segment. An amazing composition by a talented artist that suits the theme of the game to a tee

5/5 - Could I even not recommend Celeste ? It's a wonderful game from start to finish, a must-play for every platformer fans out there. It teaches you to never give up, to always get up and try again. The story is touching and feels real, meaningful. Don't be scared about the difficulty, the main story is more than doable for everyone, and the game even features a very good assist mode for anyone that might be having some trouble with the various levels
