Hey temmie hows it going?
shapeshifts into a cat

yea

i was a little surprised with how short it was, but i loved the art so i thought it was okay. the story ending as it starts wasn't really something i was expecting tbh, and i am excited for the other game to release or for this one to be updated if it ever will be.

very short but charming game.

game is way too short but temmie should do character designs for everything i think

Not a big fan of "Loser walks in her house for 40min and then stuff happen". I know it's supposed to be a demo/prologue of a bigger game but I'm not very thrilled about trying it (and please don't tell me it has the same protagonist)

A very tiny little game that I think is meant more as an appetizer for a greater plan, but yeah it's really great at being that

Very moody in a good way, clearly a set-up for later stories to be told but what is here stands well on its own. Very simple walk-around game but an enjoyable short experience.

As your first game it's pretty good but it's still your first game

Temmie Chang ablamın çizimleri için bile oynanır.

as a proof of concept it’s, unsurprisingly, short. it ends just as the plot begins, and all the mysteries set up are met with an unceremonious shrug and a wave goodbye. however, the art is great. it’s worth the half hour just to see the pretty colors and wonderful pixel art

A pleasant enough little proof of concept, but nothing more than that. The story is centered around a lonely girl whose home starts getting more eerie and weird over the course of a few days. Clearly intended as the beginning of some grand adventure, Escaped Chasm ends just as it starts getting good.

The best thing about this game is how adorable the protag is but at the same time she is literally Jade Harley from Homestuck and idk if that's based or cringe.

Neat short story with a fairly unique premise! Loved the art style especially with the fully animated cutscenes. Definitely helped me get more engaged with the characters and get me more immersed with my short time with this game.

Gameplay, obviously, is just inspecting objects but I think just walking around the house helped me get immersed with the sheer isolation and loneliness that the protagonist felt.

In the end, I cared enough to want to do what was best for her and got me looking forward to playing Dweller's Empty Path and I think that's what mattered. Temmie doesn't miss!

Escaped Chasm é um joguinho curto e interessante que a Temmie Chang fez pra aprender a usar o RPGMaker. É meio que uma demo pra um projeto maior que saiu um ano depois, o "Dweller's Empty Path" que jogarei em breve.

eh it's alright, I can't really hate it because it's very clearly just a demo for a much larger project, but there is very little reason to play this as is

A beautiful little teaser for a game I'm very excited for and in general a great showcase of Temmie's art and talent.

It's not much of a game at all, it's incredibly short and there aren't really any mechanics, but... I was really happy to see Temmie making her own games and exploring her own ideas!

I look forward to seeing what she makes next!

it's more just a teaser for temmie's future endeavours but it's rather pretty and did make me sad

Retro RPG. RPG maker I think, but good story, well what there is of one. Very short. Not much here.

I cried! I shoulda played this one first but whatever :) I LOVE this universe

Very short but very good. Can't wait to see where it goes

This one is really short but enjoyable nonetheless.

For a test game, Escaped Chasm is a damn beautiful game. The gameplay and story are simple, but serviceable. It's like 15-30 minutes long at best and free so there ain't much of a reason to not play it.
