Genuinely so fucking ugly visuals wise and cleaing has got to be the most boring shit ever.

Short standalone DLC for the original game. Very cheesy dialogue and a quite disappointing map.

Fun stand alone DLC.

Viscera Cleanup Detail is all about cleaning stuff. Nothing more. You take your little mop and broom and get to work. This standalone DLC, Shadow Warrior is normally included into the base game if you bought the complete edition.

In Shadow Warrior you clean a temple, after a brutal massacre from the main character from Shadow Warrior itself. Mutilated corpses, swords, ninja stars and broken statues await you. This DLC is alright, but the least fun of all the DLC’s for this game. This has two reasons. Firstly, everything is arranged for you and the map is small. You got two incinerators, two water bucket dispensers and two bin dispensers. Bins are already everywhere, making this a job of “fill the bins, clean the blood and clock off”. But the main reason is, that the janitor character is talking now. It is horrible, he is making the worst jokes, never shuts up and makes obnoxious sounds throughout. But because you finish this level in less then thirty minutes, it is manageable.

The game is intended to make you angry and make your life miserable with the chances of getting limbs and more gore instead of a bucket of water or a disposal bin, the chance of creating fires on the wall while welding bullet holes and of course, knocking over your blood-soaked bucket at the slightest touch. This is part of its charm. I am sure this game has a secret algorithm build into it that whenever you kick over a bucket, something nasty is coming out of one of the dispensers afterwards, just to remind you: “You screwed up and here is your punishment”.

The graphics in this game are fair, they are bright and colorful. The music from the boombox is good and works nice on the background while you are working your ass off. Except for the “Polka” soundtrack, that one is god awfully horrible.

The controls and physics in this game work quite well. Sometimes the game glitches like crazy because of two objects interfering to much but overall, it feels responsive and does what you want.

The game is easily played solo but is, like many other games a lot more fun when playing together. Especially because you can see the other players wobbling back and forth. The walk cycle of the janitor character models is hilarious.

Still recommend this game despite its flaws!

I am no streamer, so this wasn't made for me

Somehow less tedious than actually playing Shadow Warrior.

If I wanted to be bored while cleaning up a bloody mess, I'd just hang out with my wife!

Makes me want to play Shadow Warrior again but actually clean up after myself. At least the cleaner was left enough dropped money to buy a good therapist for the horrors he just witnessed.

É tão chato quanto a faxina da vida real, mas com o seu amigo, a play fica mais descontraída (ainda mais se você prensa seu amigo "sem querer" 2 vezes e mata ele)

Cleaned it once, never again. Not the best Viscera game.

clean up after a racist? okay

Good thing that it was a bonus for Shadow Warrior game

You're tasked with mopping, sweeping, and incinerating human remains from a bloody aftermath. Also, collect the cash laying around because a janitor has to eat.

I played a solo game but I imagine it's even more fun with a friend. Not too much to say. It's meant to be silly. Only two achievements and they weren't difficult to collect.

2.5 stars feels a little low for my experience with Visceral Cleanup Detail: Shadow Warrior. I had a decent time playing with my friend, but the whole game is basically a single level. And I know it's a demo-of-sorts for the game that came out in 2015, but I'm rating this game as is. And I actually kind of like that it's a single level, because holy the amount of shit to clean took my friend and I nearly two hours (and we missed one of the money wads, whoops). It's quiet and ambient and a decent walking sim, but I can imagine it would get old pretty quick if there were more of it (or honestly were I playing alone). I don't think I'd be able to play more of this.

it sure is! for a free expansion to a legitimate game that's just about cleaning it's a good timewaster

Essentially a short DLC for the main game. The main drawback of this is that it doesn't launch via the main game.

its a game where all you do is clean up a room
surprisingly soothing but at the same time boring as hell
wouldn't really reccomend the viscera cleanup detail games to an average joe since it is just cleaning a room for cleanings sake plus at the end where you have to go all the way through the area with the little cleanliness radar to make sure you didn't miss any spots is tedious. If you want something to shut your brain off to though, these games are perfect for that kind of thing.

If the multiplayer was easier to setup then it'd be a decent VC game I guess but since it's pretty hard to get working, yeah there are better brainless games to play.

limpei uma vez mas esse tipo de jogo definitivamente nao é pra mim, nunca mais

7/10
A cool crossover between a cleaning simulator and Shadow Vorior, it's a pity only 1 location.

i sure did clean this one building once 3 years ago and then never touch the game again

fun one time, zero replay value
