This is a game I could play for hours and hours in the free play mode, even after all this time. Fun gameplay, lots of unique characters to choose from, and a really interesting story following the Clones through the war and transitioning into the Imperial army.

Fun when I was younger, mediocre now

As a kid, I grew up with the PlayStation 2 version of this game. When I first heard that it was on the PSP, I was worried it would be another downgraded port and wouldn't be as good as the home console version. Man, was I wrong.

Of course, the controls are a bit janky but once you sit down and play for a bit, you become adjusted to it and feels more natural. Also, some content from the other versions are missing, but it's a worthy sacrifice for an impressive port. Would recommend to veterans who want something different.

Boring, Repetitive, and the PC port is nigh unplayable

I must've put at least 2,000 hours into Star Wars Battlefront II with my family and friends as a kid. I loved every second of it. Gunplay felt good, different classes felt distinct, maps were varied and engaging. The space combat dogfighting felt perfect for the arcade nature of the game. Invading enemy star destroyers was an experience that still hasn't been successfully emulated or implemented by an other game since.

The hunt modes, Galactic Conquest mode, heroes fight. All of it. All of it was great. Top down fantastic game. One of the best team shooters of all time, period. And it still holds up today, pushing two decades after release.

Para lo que eran los tiempos de la ps2, era una gran experiencia.

This is how you make a Star Wars game. Big epic battles, cool Jedi's n Sith Lord's, and amazing ship fights. This is a gamerz meat and potatoes. Endlessly Replayable.

this game has a dumb amount of content. always a good time, even better with friends

Insane depth and unlimited potential for replays. The best campaign of any star wars based shooter by a mile. I could play instant action all day for the rest of my life and not be bored there is so much depth and so many fun maps and heroes. You got to play this one.

They can't seem to make another like it.

The best Star Wars Battlefront game, hands down. Between the combat and the campaign, there's tons here to keep you going. The conquest mode is interesting, but doesn't add too much relative to just doing random maps, but it at least exists. That said, I've never played this game multiplayer, so I'm sure there's quite a bit I'm missing on that (battle)front.

the blueprint for the perfect third person/first person hybrid shooter game, helldivers 2 developers pray for this game's existence every night before sleep

Amazing game back in the day, tons of content for the single player or with friends. Very playable today with the original PC port, probably should avoid the recent re-release...

It could have been a 'Call of Duty' milking a famous brand, but it's really a great war game. Something that still shock me today is the quantity of scenarios and the variety of the classes, but what makes this game so damn good is the multiplayer, a multiplayer that it's still maintained alive by the community.

I adored this game. My siblings and i would play this together all the time. The best SW game for sure.

Fun, but WAY too hard. Defend the bookcases and Yavin 4 are damn near impossible

Fun in a fundamental way that most shooters just cannot seem to comprehend, let alone replicate.
