Terrible, but it had great ideas

My favorite plataform game, this game is amazing in every aspect. The kongs are charismatic, the worlds are interesting, the level design is creative, just and challenging, the OST is FIRE made by the legendary David Wise. This game is gold, only that

Excellent, probably the most impressive NES game that I ever played, the definitive start of the kirby series since he got his COPY hability, it has the start of Dedede redemption too and the introduction of META KNIGHT!

The level design is creative, some levels has their own mechanics to explore the gameplay toolkit in a lot of ways, the only downside to me was slowdowns that happened a lot.

I honest had a lot of fun playing this NES game in 2024, and that's impressive, I didn't have this much fun in any of the NES Mario Bros games, I really like NES Castlevania but I think this game is better.

One of the best, for sure

The first "half" of the game is heavily inspired by tokimeki memorial, almost the same mechanics but simplified (I don't know if it was made by the same team in Konami). The other "half" is a real-time dating sim with you girlfriend. The game is simple in its mechanics but the charm lies in the fact that the girls are really deep as characters, they are not some dere things that just goes by her archetypes, sometimes they seem like real humans, with complicated layers, a rare thing in dating sims (at least the ones that I played). The well written characters made the experience 100% more enjoyable to me, and the idea to make a real-time gameplay is brilliant, even if it could get better. Now this is my favorite dating sim.

PS: I would love to play the 3DS version but I don't understand japanese.

Too good for its time, amazing itens, creative level design, cool pixelart, the ost is fire. Excelent classic.

The best racing game ever made

I prefer the original one because of the level of care put into it, but it isn't a bad game.

Expanded the Lord of The Rings World creating a new story and charactes, boy i wish i had something like that for anime games.

The only souls game that catched me.

The game changed fighting games and videogames forever, but nowadays is kinda zzzzz

You have everything a 2D game should. An amazing level design (so well made that could be replicated upsidedown), beautiful pixel art, FIRE OST, cool power ups, cool monsters and so many details, unique weapons and cool things that kept me entertained from start to finish.

Excelent level design, the ost is fire, this game is hard as hell but very well made, excelent experience.

The GOAT. This game has some plot conflicting things between the royal version and the normal one, and if it wasn't for everyone treating Ryuji like trash this game would be almost... almost perfect.

To me, this game is another Ubisoft title (I know that Sucker Punch made it) but with more care and a true combat, the game looks like a painting sometimes, really beautiful, especially if you change the hud options.

The combat is cool too, coming from fighting games and DMC, it's not very complicated but is fun to play, with good parry and dodge mechanics.

But what brings the game down to me is the campaign and the sidequests, aside from the mitical quests, everything is boring, the characters aren't that deep (except for Ishikawa, he is very well written), their relationships aren't developed very well and the missions aren't that interesting, always something like go there and fight, infiltrate that place or follow that guy, even when Jin has to face his changes nothing really have plot weight, it had so much potential but it was lost in safer, cheaper choices to be an acessible AAA game, to me it seems like the story and sidequests are there just to be a background, but that's just my opinion tho, feel free to disagree.
