2022

I like when devs put thank you notes at the end of their games :)

Uchikoshi, you son of a bitch! Once again proving himself the king of making games that are really fkn dumb but way smarter than you at the same time. Truly the GOAT. I don't even need to explain why, if you liked the first game you'll like this one too.

Basic, charming, funny. Frog Detective is just like me for real. Unfortunately he doesn't like mushrooms tho :(

I need to play much more of this but thus far it's similar enough to Beat Saber that I can do it (spin arms in rhythm) but it's also totally different and focuses more on getting you to move around than be precise, so it's a really fun time.

Custom maps are thriving and work well so that's awesome. Biggest complaint thus far is that the failure system seems really weird and unclear, sometimes it feels like you've missed 1 note per minute of the song but on the 3rd miss you lose, and other times you can miss a bunch but somehow finish with a good score

This game is nothing short of phenomenal. It became my favourite game of all time before I'd played the original, and having replayed it again since it's almost even more powerful.

I have nothing but pure love for this title. I can't decide if I'm more excited to relive the highs of what's to come or more terrified of having to relive the lows.

Even as I write this I'm listening to the soundtrack play over the credits, watching a compilation of scenes from the game and I just feel... lucky. It feels so silly to say but holy shit man. I'm speechless.

Video Games are far and away the best form of digital media when it comes to immersive world-building and getting us to care for the characters in the story. I only hope everyone can find a game they adore as much as I do this one.

It's pretty much what you expect, could do with being a bit hotter but for a brainless upskirt simulator it's fine I guess lol

(I only have the endings for the 2 main girls and the shopkeeper but I'm calling this a completion regardless)

Lots more puzzles than the base game but ultimately an enjoyable expansion. The hats were a bit of a pain and you have to do way too many requests for the hut (for the trophies) but the Island at least is worth sticking around for :)

Okay okay I won't lie, I breezed through this as an easy platinum and payed far less attention to the characters and the dialogue than I should've, but even doing that I grew to like the world and it's inhabitants, which I suppose says a lot for just how much charm the game has.

The gameplay loop and mechanics themselves aren't really anything special, and there was a severe lack of Kero Kero Bonito throughout 99% of the game, but playing the final hour or so without skipping it and watching TV on the side made me realise that maybe I should've played it properly from the start...

I feel pretty confident my score could have been a 4 or more if I'd properly immersed myself instead of treating it like a side project that took longer than I wanted so uh, more fool me I guess lol.

This is an easy breezy collectathon with a quirky aesthetic, yes. But maaaybe don't be like me and pretend that that's all it is until it's final moments.

Hopefully there's a sequel and I can play that more appropriately

This is booba game so let me keep it short: Estival Versus has more of everything, hotter photos, cut-ins and creative finishers. But as the start of a wacky perverted franchise, this holds up even without those things. The plot is kinda basic as you may expect, but seeing the same story from both sides was a really nice touch. It overuses maps to hell and back but who cares, you're here to look up skirts and down blouses shut up :p

This was also my 69th Platinum lesgo I'm so funny and cool

The fact the pogo sound plays every single jump had me playing this with the volume waaaaaay down within 10 minutes lol. Otherwise, perfectly enjoyable platformer. All the same gripes you'd expect from a remastered PS2 game - overused voice lines, lame enemy projectiles ..etc. Easy platinum though, overall decent time :)

It's fine. The multiple "protagonist" and recruit literally anyone you see are pretty interesting concepts, but as with all of ubisoft's good ideas, they're just not given the care or effort they need to be good. The game is also chock full of cringey dialogue, with my first operative being a white, board game developer called Howard that would unironically say "yo wagwan fam!" to middle-aged strangers.

Otherwise, the plot is about what you'd expect, the gameplay is tight but repetitive. Honestly switch your brain off and put a TV show on to the side and it's a solid background game.

The trophies are bullshit tho, having to not only do all the darts/drinking spots but do them all with the same operative? Without any indication of which ones were done by that person or by another? Fuck you game.

(Also I spent £7.99 irl cash for a booster pack to get the "spend 100,000 ETO" trophy bc I was sure I needed 24k more and I only need 2.5k more... I had 3k in my wallet at the time, blatant waste :'( oh well lmao)

Really enjoyed this, just as good as the base game to be honest. Kaito is great and the plot was an unexpected treat, there's not a huge amount to it in all, but it's definitely worth playing if you like LJ/Kaito

After mistakenly starting this 2/3s into the game it didn't quite feel the way it was maybe supposed to unfortunately, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't half-rushing to finish for a lot of it, but once I got into it I realised it's actually great :p

I can see Miranda and Jack on the art for this but they weren't in mine despite both being alive, sad :( Guessing that's due to conflict with their in-game positions at the time I did it. Anyway this was pretty sweet, lots of comedy, worth checking out for sure if you like the team
