Christmas 2001! I awoke that morning excited to get my promised GameCube… it wasn’t there. I found out it was sold out and patiently waited three months until it returned to stores. It was then that I got my GameCube with a copy of Smash bros Melee! I was hooked and fell in love with my purple lunchbox. GameCube had some great games and I felt it was a period in which Nintendo was really creative. I miss these days!
