A fantastic narrative driven game that pushes the medium even further with its intertwined storylines and combination of live-action footage, music, and jaw-dropping graphics.
While Alan Wake II feels much like a stripped down modern Resident Evil game in it's gameplay, Alan's "Writer's Room" and Saga's "Mind Place" provide an incredibly creative twist that elevate the game even further. A fine balance of horror, action, puzzle solving, and exploration.

Echoes of the Cut Content introduces a challenging tower climb, enriching the already detailed world of FF16 with intriguing new lore. However, for me, it largely felt like an extension of the familiar. While revisiting Valisthea was enjoyable, I'm looking forward to the next DLC offering something more unique.
