Could not have asked for a more enjoyable experience! From the narration, to the gameplay, to the super cinematic score, an all around peak experience

A BRILLIANT game! The atmosphere of the story is so much more than JUST "sad", it's violent, hopeful, lost, and so many other emotions that I don't have the time to type out! The soundtrack does a great job of setting whatever stage it needs and the characters all feel realistic, which allows for a plot that feels human!

My favorite direction the God of War series has taken so far in terms of both story AND gameplay so far. Feels somewhat dated for sure, tho.

Does the Metal Gear series greatly as a psuedo finale. No. 2 as far as MGS games go for me

Hits a very strong combat itch I did not know I had till I played. The story doesn't stand too highly, but the gameplay and presentation far in a way make up for that to me.
