it may be blockuza 3 but doing wall combos and being a dad makes up for the combat and the story being a bit disjointed and having to rush to wrap things up towards the end

Played the HD version on PC.

I get it. The game is cheesy, its gameplay plays like a first entry of a series that came out in the early 2000's, the dialogue can be ABSOLUTELY stupid and predictable, but goddamn this is the video game that put me on to video games fully.

Gameplay is simple but fun, the music is very good and memorable, the characters standout in their own silly ways, the bosses are good and fun (and secret ones can provide a good challenge), and its a nice, simple hero's journey story through and through. I can't help but to adore this game despite its flaws and how ridiculous it can get.

Started my post-Sonic '06 journey to understand what's keep fans stuck to this franchise and Sonic fans are off to a BAD start with this one.
Who the hell thought that making Sonic play like an on-rails game was a good idea? Why does it control like ass and I keep fighting against the controls? What is this dumb mission structure? Why is the final boss not fun to fight? What was Sonic Team snorting making this game????

The story and cutscenes were cute ig, digged some of the setpieces too.

Great story with well-done themes, memorable and likable characters, with a pretty straightforward pick up and play gameplay. Only downside is it can get pretty grindy at times but overall the writing and gameplay holds up for the most part!

alexa, play 'try again' by aaliyah

It's short, but man its a really solid experience for what it is, really satisfying mechanics and well done level design.

Bro just play it, its really good and Telltale's 2nd best game

It ain't a (true) branching narrative but man, the writing, characters, environments, and even music are so fleshed out to be immerse and invested in this world that to this day, I do not think Telltale has been able to top this. Just a work of art man.

You ever played a game that gives you brainrot?

I never experienced a story and dialogue writing that made me wanna groan constantly with how unfunny, outdated, stupid, and even insane in the worst way that it is. The only reason I didn't rate this game any lower is because the gameplay and gunplay are fine and the designs of the enemies, environments, music, and (certain) characters are okay enough, but the writing is so abysmal and baffling to where it brings down the entire experience.

I hope Randy Pitchford gets robbed of his kneecaps
