My first souls like game.
Boy was I addicted to it.
One of the deepest and richest games I've ever played. A story and lore that beyond any other game I've ever played. Such a unique world that is hard to even believe. The Lands Between.
Bosses 🐐
Weapons 🐐
Gameplay 🐐
Voice acting 🐐
Malenia....I will never forget you because you brought out rage I didn't know existed 😂

Jin Sakai, "The Ghost". A truly captivating story that shows the terror and sacrifices of war. What would you do to protect those you love. Would you do things that sully your honor? Would you see it as sullying your honor, or doing what must be done to protect your home.
A battle of ideologies plagues Jin and his uncle. "You Have No Honor." "And You Are A Slave To It."
A game I will never forget. Characters that stick with you. A world that is breathtaking to roam.

This game only scratched the surface of what could be possible in a LOTR action game. This game isn't even canon to the world and it still brought me so much joy.
If a company were to have full rights to Tolkien's works, being able to create any story or adapt any story from the Middle Earth Universe, man......it would be glorious

It took what the first game was able to do and just vastly improve every aspect, apart from the missions. Actually being able to play as the factions of elves, dwarves, goblins etc was so refreshing.
The community surrounding this game is what really elevated it to a whole new tier. Mods added everything a LOTR fan could ever dream of to the game. Using characters and factions from the 1st, 2nd, 3rd ages that weren't in the original game was awesome.
GOAT

The greatest fun I've ever had on a strategy game. It might be one of the most simple strategy games in terms of mechanics and strategy, but it was in a world that I absolutely adore. Being able to play as the fellowship, Rohan, Gondor, elves, Mordor and isengard was a dream come true.
Being able to play the missions from the movies felt like being in the movie.

One of the highest peak any game has ever had. Literally everyone was playing this in 2017/18. Fortnite adapted to the pressure and constantly improved.

Kratos change in character was one of the most impressive things and ambitious things I've seen in gaming. It was done so seemlessly that you forget how angry, obsessed and brutal Kratos was in the previous games.
He still has the rage and brutality, but it's directed in a a controlled manner and it's for protecting instead of revenge. The journey you are brought through in this game is so so special.
I have nothing but perfect praise for this game.

STRAIGHT HANDS, but bigger and better. An unbelievable sequel to the first

Medium defying game. Sent shockwaves through gaming, YouTube, streaming. Everyone was playing this game. It has still being going strong for 10 years.

Edward F*cking Kenway
ANOTHER GOAT

Ireland have never been good in the world cup, so I loved just smashing new zealand every time

When I think of greatest of all time, Skyrim will always come to mind. It was my first RPG and man.....what a one to start off with.
I'm still remembering being in awe of the opening scene. Starting off tied, in a cart, on the way to be executed. The character creation had me absolutely captivated. Probably spent an hour picking my character.
The choices in quests have the game such individuality. So many permutations available to to the player.
Combat was 🐐. No matter what build I'd try to go for, I'd always return to archery. It was too goat.
The story had me contemplating everything. It felt to real to, interacting with characters, reading historical books within the game. I was captivated.
Being the DRAGONBORN was 10/10. Killing dragons, taking their souls, converting them into shouts.
The side quests were so incredibly fulfilling. Between interacting with stellar characters and receiving weapons and armor, man oh man. Dark brotherhood, thieves guild, college of winter hold, daedric artefacts. There were a perfect amount of side quests to enjoy.
I now have the game on PS3, PS4, and PC. I cannot get enough of it
